Dadodans | Gaia Gonnelli is for her new DUET project KLaNK ( 2+) looking for: Female dancer – female vocalist/singer
Profile
1 female dancer, with background in contemporary dance, experience in improvisation, working with live music and singing/voice work. Minimum 3 years stage experience, after graduation.
1 female vocalist/singer, she must feel comfortable with different styles of singing and voice work. She is flexible and ‘eager’ to communicate with a dancer. She has stage experience, she is comfortable with simple movement sessions and she is familiar with microphones, amplifiers etc. Playing one or more instruments can be a plus.
Both performers have affinity or desire to work for a young audience and have a friendly and open presence on stage.
Both performers must be based in the Netherlands! Applications from abroad will not be accepted.
Audition details
Date of the audition: 3rd of March 2019
Time: 10:30 am (door open at 10:00 am)
Call back: 9th and 10th of March 2019
Place: Amsterdam
Rehearsal period
1st part: 6 days (to be confirmed which days exactly) between the 8th and the 19th of April 2019 or between the 6th and the 15th of May 2019.
2nd part: 15/18 days between the 2nd of June and the 7th of July 2019. Exact rehearsal days to be confirmed. Not working in weekends.
Already confirmed residencies in the following days:
- 24th, 25th, 27th & 28th of June 2019 in Het Laaktheater ( Den Haag)
3rd part: complete availability between 9th en 29th of September 2019.
All the rehearsals except the short residencies in Den Haag, will take place in Amsterdam.
On tour
PREMIERE: 29th of September 2019.
October/November 2019.
